Which superpowers can you get from one photo?

  • Flight: in the AI flying video you spread your arms, a small red cape appears and you soar above a city of skyscrapers.
  • Lightning: the lightning filter makes your eyes glow white while blue bolts crackle over your head and shoulders; a second version surrounds you with glowing copies of yourself.
  • Wings: with angel wings AI, two large white wings rise from behind your shoulders and glow with warm, golden light.
  • Dust, gold or pixels: the disintegration effect breaks you apart into drifting dust, and its other versions coat you in liquid gold or rebuild you out of blocky cubes.
  • Golden rain: in the AI rain effect, warm-lit rain begins to fall and you leap up with your arms spread wide.

How to make an AI superhero video

  1. Install Ginly AI on iPhone, iPad or Android (get the app) and open it; continuing as a guest is fine.
  2. On the Effects tab, open Superhero Power Effects for Start Flying, Thunder God and Ninja Shadow Clone, or Spiritual & Magic Effects for Holy Wings and Dust Me Away. The search on the All effects screen also finds any of them by name.
  3. Add one photo of yourself from the camera or gallery, crop it and tap Generate.
  4. Your video appears in the Library, and the app can notify you when it is ready. From there you can play it, download it to your gallery or share it.

Photo tips for superpower effects

  • Use a photo of one person facing the camera, with the face sharp and evenly lit.
  • Match the framing to the power: a head-and-shoulders shot is enough for flight and lightning, while wings and dust have more to work with in a waist-up or full-length photo.
  • Results vary from photo to photo, so a clear, well-lit picture of you is the best starting point.
  • Use your own photo or one you have permission to use, label the clip as AI-made when you post it, and never use it to deceive or embarrass anyone.
